Saniflo 泵服务和维修
7 月 4, 2018When we talk about kitchen renovations or any project involving wet areas, we’re usually talking about exorbitant costs and having the house pulled apart for months. The massive plumbing work is a lot of bother, to say the least. There’s usually a concrete slab in the way and pipes to lay deep under the ground. The entire process is time consuming, expensive and messy.
Good thing is, there’s a solution that bypasses all that hassle: a Saniflo system. It features revolutionary pumping technology that is completely unobtrusive and costs far less to install than traditional plumbing methods.
What exactly is it?
A Saniflo toilet is not like your ordinary toilet. It’s an alternative kind of toilet that is completely unique on its own.
Saniflo is an innovative system that is touted for being simple, inexpensive and environmentally friendly. It has become a popular choice among householders globally, for good reasons. The possibilities are virtually limitless to where you can install it. Apart from a typical en-suite bathroom or an additional powder room, you can install Saniflo products in areas which you might not have thought installing a bathroom is possible, such as:
- Basements
- Gardens
- Granny flats
- Garage conversion
- Cupboard to powder room conversion
- Heritage listed buildings
Saniflo products are particularly great for apartments where making major plumbing alterations is impossible due to strict building regulations or structural weakness. It’s also a practical solution if the idea of adding a kitchen sink comes as an afterthought or when you make alterations in your new kitchen design halfway through the project. Because a Saniflo solution won’t need you to rip everything off and redo the entire plumbing.
Put simply, you can have it anywhere – no spots are off limits.
How does Saniflo work?
If you’ve been frequenting renovation stores or keeping up to date with home improvement trends, then you have probably heard the words “macerator pump” or “flush up toilet.” These concepts are what separate a Saniflo toilet from the rest.
Traditional toilet systems would require ripping up concrete slabs, digging new trenches or relocating or extending pipes. Installing a wet area wouldn’t be possible for areas below the sewer level either, such as in a basement.
A Saniflo system includes a macerating unit, which has rotating blades that grind waste water from the toilet or basin. It defies gravity by pumping the processed waste water through a slim pipe as small as 20mm, which runs vertical through the ceiling where it is then reconnected into an existing sewer pipe.
The pump has inlets for connecting grey water fixtures such as a shower or a basin. It contains a pressure activated micro switch that starts the impeller as soon as it senses the water level rising. Using a powerful 400 watt motor, the waste water is then pumped out the discharge pipe. As water flows in, it is automatically discharged in a matter of seconds.
With a Saniflo system, there’s minimal disruption and mess involved. The system itself is compact, consisting of a small pump and a small bore pipework which can be discretely fitted behind the walls or under the floors and connects your toilet directly to the closest sewer pipe line.
Because the installation is quick and simple, you can make the most of your living spaces. And you save a lot of time and money. It’s definitely a must-have fixture for modern bathrooms. More importantly, it’s a smart way to increase the value of your home without burning a hole in your pocket.
What are my options?
The Saniflo range offers a solution for every requirement. You can expect nothing less from the leaders in pumping technology.
The newest Sanicompact all-in-one toilet has the macerator built into the toilet unit instead of behind it. With its water-saving cistern-less flush, it is currently the most economical toilet on the market in terms of water consumption. In fact, it received the first ever 6-star WELS rating for water efficiency, using just 1.8 litres per half flush and three litres per full flush. This means the average household can save up to 13,000L of water per year.
The Sanicubic 1, which is a compact unit, allows you to have all the create comforts in a small living space like a granny flat. It can take the load of a full bathroom, kitchenette or laundry without any problems at all.
Using Saniflo’s grey water pump, you can install a kitchen or laundry without major plumbing work. You can have a laundry in the basement, a sink in an alfresco area or a standalone kitchen island. The Saniflo grey water pump has no problem transferring waste water to the existing sewer line, even at long distances or under high elevation. This makes it an ideal solution in commercial situations as well, where the sewer pipe mains are in typically a fixed location and there are limitations on altering the building structure.
If your project involves adding a sink to an existing kitchen or a wet bar for your man cave, then the Sanivite grey water pump would serve you really well. Installing stylish walk-in shower easily and cheaply is also possible with the Sanifloor system.
