I had a main water leak on a rental property on a Thursday night and asked Euro Plumbing to look and quote the next day if possible. They turned up and quoted by 12.00pm the next day. Due to the urgency the quote included the digging of the trench. They advised I was paying plumbers rates and to save money I could dig the trench myself. I did dig it myself but hit the water main. I had to complete the work myself with a relative as the tenant had no water, but rang and advised them I was happy to pay for their time to date. They advised there was no charge and happy to help me in future. I was well happy!
