The first plumber checked and said the outside unit is fine but then the other staff found out the outside unit is actually faulty. Feel like what the .. however, I am appreciated at least you guys find a controller which could use in this old system although we will see after changing the outside unit will it actually work or not… don’t have 100% confident through what was and what is happening in this whole thing atm…

Clean up was average with debris found under coffee table ant TV cabinet. Also vacuum cleaner used for cleaning up was left with wet pieces of debris (gib) in collection chamber. Wow what can I say about the service I received from Euro Plumbing, Craig called when he was on his way and came with the new InkSinkEator E20, this is so much quieter and was installed in next to no time, he then strapped up my cylinder to bring it up the New Zealand Building Code as we are selling our house and his knowledge on what was required was incredible. Next he went to change the washers and inlet valves in both our toilets, showing us that the rubber washers had blistered thanks to me putting bleach in the cistern, something I will stop doing in the future. Craig was helpful, explained what he was doing and I would highly recommend Euro Plumbing to all my friends. No mess either, he left the place tidy and great service.

Had a leaking toilet, Euro Plumbing came in and not only fixed the problem but showed me that my original installation had been done incorrectly, they fixed it all up and feel so much better as have had numerous plumbers out to fix my toilet leaking on my floor and these guys pin pointed the problem straight away, nice to deal with a company of professionals.

We were looking to replace our existing electric hotwater cylinder with a gas option, and were looking at gas cylindar or continous flow. Euro Plumbing were very good in making recommendations, and was very happy to discuss options. We ended up going with continuous flow, and are very happy with the choice. Euro Plumbing were very responsive (phone and email), pricing was very reasonable and they did a great job, happy to recommend them.

Fantastic to be able to send an email in the middle of the night, so that Euro Plumbing were able to ring at 7am, knowing we needed them, rather than us ringing them at 7am, worried that we would ringing too early! Job all done by 7.40am! Great service!!

Something very important, that no one seems to mention.... It can be awkward to be alone with a tradesman. Some people are just a bit creepy. But the Euro Plumbing plumber Paul was pleasant, soft-spoken and a happily married family man. I would have no concern about being alone with him or leaving him alone in my house if I needed to go out.

Had a hassel free renovation of my bathroom. Euro Plumbing looked after all the other trades and I only the one bill which was on budget.

Euro Plumbing were a joy to deal with. Very efficient. Asked for quote this was done the next day and was 1/2 some of the other quotes we had. Paul organised a drain layer and a shower installer and purchased most of the Fittings for us, all done with the minimum of fuss and at excellent prices - again. Euro Plumbing quoted me a price and asked if I wanted to get the tap myself or offered to get it for me. They explained what the price would be and told me there would be a slight mark up on what it cost them. When they installed the tap they said it hadn't cost them as much as they quoted me so therefore I would be getting a cheaper price. I was impressed with that as thry could've said nothing and I wouldn't have known. They was here very promptly and did an excellent job. Definitely recommended.

Euro Plumbing were great. Their quote was much lower than the other outfit we got in and was on the button. They answered all our questions on email when we were uncertain what we wanted done. They were on time and totaly professional. They even fixed the leaky shower while they were here despite the other outfit saying it would need major work. Would definitly want to use them again.

I emailed Euro Plumbing after reading all the rave reviews about them online... I needed my new fridge connected to a water supply for the built-in water filter and ice maker. They replied the same day, and came over two days after that. I was impressed. They came in and did the job without mucking around. They even crawled under my house without complaint and made me a quote to have a continuous hot water system installed after I asked them if they could help me get one. They were efficient, and really friendly. I will use them again for sure.

I asked Euro Plumbing to replace a waste disposal unit in our rental property. They completed the job the next day and were the ones who contacted the property manager and made all the necessary arrangements. This made things a lot easier for us. Euro Plumbing installed a hot water zip into our kindergarten, came when they said he would, worked around session times so there were no children in session at the time. When we were in the phoning around stages Euro Plumbing were the only plumbers to return our call within 8 hours of us leaving the message AND they called our mobile when there was no reply at our home. AND they showed up to meet us at the time specified. AND they gave lots of suggestions on how we could save on costs AND quickly returned to fix an oversight at no extra cost. AND they were communicative and timely whilst completing our relatively small DIY project in between their big budget job. Euro Plumbing is the ONLY name that immediately springs to mind when anyone asks if we know of a good plumber.

Response was prompt, arrived on time and got on with work, and followed up as they said they would with minor follow up action that was required.

A great team to work with. Euro Pluumbing did the plumbing and gasfitting involved in new kitchen, laundry and bathroom. I can't recommend Euro Plumbing highly enough! I had a problem with a water mains leak over Easter. I emailled Euro Plumbing via the website on Easter Sunday and got a reply from Paul the next day (still in the Easter holiday). I okayed the work then and there and Paul was on site when he said he'd be (Tuesday afternoon) and he did everything that was needed very promptly. He came back the next day to cover the portion of pipe up that he'd dug up and replaced and fixed a minor problem with our internal house plumbing at the same time - fantastic service.. I wish every plumber I'd had to deal with previously were like Euro Plumbing. If I have another plumbing problem, I'll give Euro Plumbing a call first because I know they'll deliver.

Phoned Euro Plumbing after seeing their feedback on this website. Just needed the gas pipes capped and the meter and water heater removed for our builders. The job was literally done the following day - no hassles, quick, efficient, well priced and good job. There aren't too many out there like these guys. Recommended.

I had a main water leak on a rental property on a Thursday night and asked Euro Plumbing to look and quote the next day if possible. They turned up and quoted by 12.00pm the next day. Due to the urgency the quote included the digging of the trench. They advised I was paying plumbers rates and to save money I could dig the trench myself. I did dig it myself but hit the water main. I had to complete the work myself with a relative as the tenant had no water, but rang and advised them I was happy to pay for their time to date. They advised there was no charge and happy to help me in future. I was well happy!
