- 1 x 26 litre instantaneous Gas hot water heater (brand of choice, Rheem by default)
- Applicable distance from water heater to gas meter 5 meters
- Valves as required
- All labor and applicable materials
- Power point not included and optional for $ 399 including GST
- Please note that sometimes the existing gas pipe diameter is too small coming from the meter, in such cases the pipe must be upsized to suit demand. Any additional charges will be advised prior to begin.
