This special is available for new homes (new installation) and existing homes (retrofit). The design and heat-output is based on a typical 3 bedroom home and includes the following:
- All involved labour and materials
- 7 x 1KW radiators, sized to suit
- 1 x Bosch / Baxi 18KW boiler
- All involved Plumbing and Gasfitting
- Commissioning and certification
NOTE: This special can be “up-sized” to suit larger home installations.
This special is subject to site conditions. Our technical team will arrange for a site visit prior to commitment confirming the following installation conditions are applicable:
- Single Level home
- Access under house must be available (some concrete homes are an exception, TBC onsite)
- Adequate space available for the boiler (usually in laundry area or garage)
