Mesh Installation

1. Minimum required cover above heating tube is 25mm minimum, 30mm optimum
2. Limit decorative saw-cuts to 10mm max
3. For structural cuts> 20mm pipe is on the underside of steel mesh at cut point. Builder to mark location of cuts.
4. Plastic chair supporting mesh of 50mm high or less recommended to obtain minimum over above heating tube for a 100mm thick concrete slabs.

***All walls and saw cuts must be marked out with dazzle before our pipework installation. Water supply must be on site for pressure testing. Euro Plumbing Ltd will not make penetrations through walls or floor levels.

This option is used for in floor heating installations where there is to be:-

1. Polished concrete floors
2. Coloured concrete
3. A large number of decorative saw or concrete cuts

This method ensures that no pipe damage occurs whilst cutting concrete.
