I called Euro Plumbing and talked to Paul on the phone and explained the problem on my shower tap, he gave me very precise instructions as well as sending them in an email to me on what to do and how to fix it. I found Paul to be extremely helpful and just lovely to deal with, and very knowledgeable about the particular problem. Thanks Euro Plumbing for stopping the frustration of cold showers
